Evening,

I promised you a strip on Monday… I didn’t say when.

This strip grew out of a discussion I was having with Tom Racine about the whole Facebook vs. Google+ thing.

So, Tom is Executive Producer of the strip this week.

Back to black and white if you haven’t noticed. For now I’m going to stick to mono. Colour is taking me far too long.

I want to put out more strips and in b&w it’s more achievable.

Day Of The Monocle

Morning,

I’m still experimenting with adding colour, greyscale tone, or none of the above.

I really like the colour strips I’ve done, but they take me so long to do. The idea with this particular strip, was to use a little time as possible on the computer.

I’m not sure if prefer it or not?

Morning,

A new strip for you. I’m afraid as you may have already noticed back to black and white for now. But, plans are afoot for a few changes to the strip.

It’s been two months and my readers… YOU… have done a magnificent job spreading the word of the Mighty Monocle.

Month on month are numbers have doubled 50%. Yes, only two months, but I hope this continues and more people get to read it.

Obviously, it’s not all about the numbers, it’s about having fun doing it. I hope that my enjoyment comes across in the strip.
