Back in April 2011 I had the crazy idea to submit a cartoon to the Team Cul de Sac fundraising project.
Here is the first of my cartoons. Panel 1 of a 4 panel set.

But more importantly what is Team Cul de Sac?
Well…
Artists from around the world are passionate about Richard Thompson’s work, and his is the only cartoon to be endorsed by Calvin and Hobbes creator, Bill Watterson. In 2009, Thompson announced his diagnoses of early-onset Parkinson’s. The Team Cul de Sac book serves as a showcase of original artwork donated to benefit Team Fox, the fundraising arm of the Michael J. Fox Foundation, founded in 2000 to help speed the development of better treatments for Parkinson’s patients and, ultimately, cure the disease.
Team CDS, is a very, very worthy cause and is the brainchild of Chris Sparks. With the blessing of the brilliantly talented Richard Thompson the project has grown and grown and grown. Last I heard, Team CDS, had already raised nearly $5,000!
But they still need more!
Now, here we are in 2012 and the book will be launched this June!
